【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledrectangularcopperwindingwireofclass105withasolecoatingbasedonpolyvinylacetalresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Class105isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof105andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast155°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordimensionscoveredbythisstandardis–width:min.2,00mmmax.16,00mm;–thickness:min.0,80mmmax.5,60mm.Wiresofgrade1andgrade2areincludedinthisspecificationandapplytothecompleterangeofconductors.Thespecifiedcombinationsofwidthandthicknessaswellasthespecifiedratiowidth/thicknessaregiveninIEC60317-0-2.
