【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesrequirementsforthehandling,transportation,andstorageofHalon1301encounteredindistributionthroughbothcommercialandmilitarychannels.ItisintendedtoensurethatHalon1301ishandled,transported,andstoredinsuchawaythatitsphysicalpropertyvaluesarenotdegraded.Transportmaybebyvariousmeans,suchas,butnotlimitedto,highway,rail,water,andair.1.1Thispracticecoversguidanceanddirectiontosuppliers,recyclers,reclaimers,purchasers,andusersinthehandling,transportation,andstorageofHalon1301.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
